Buffalo (hot wing) Dip

I really don’t know what to call it. I guess Buffalo Chicken Dip or Hot Wing Dip or Buffalo Dip… ??? 🙂 It’s really good, and great for football game days. I don’t know why but whenever I watch football I crave hot wings & celery! 🙂Image

So…Here’s the steps & ingredients you will need:

1 T olive oil

Shredded cooked (rotiss. style) chicken 1-2 cups

1/2-3/4 c of Buffalo Sauce

1 block (8oz) of cream cheese cubed

1/8 c of Ranch Dressing

1 cup of cheddar cheese, 1 c of mozz. cheese

Heat chicken over med heat in skillet in olive oil & add buffalo sauce, when sauce begins to boil add in cubes of cream cheese, stirring often. Once begins to become a creamier mixture & no longer large chunks add Ranch dressing. After mixing in Ranch dressing add in 3/4 c of chedd. cheese & 3/4 c of mozz cheese & then place into cassarole dish (8×8 or 9×9 is good). Top with remaining cheese and bake in 325 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips & celery with carrots & ranch dressing. I served ours with salads for lunch yum!
